InfonTech's audit is a fixed 12-point assessment delivered in 14 business days. You receive a written report with red, yellow, and green risk flags, a priority action roadmap, and a 30-minute debrief call. The fee is fixed at $3,500 for businesses with up to 40 staff.
Most businesses don't actually know what's broken in their IT environment — until something goes wrong. The audit gives us (and you) a complete, honest picture of where things stand before we recommend anything. It's also how we price and scope any managed IT or remediation work accurately. Skipping the audit means guessing. We don't guess.
Our Managed IT packages start from $799/month (Essential, 5–15 staff) through to $1,800/month (Proactive, 10–40 staff) and $2,999/month (Priority, 20–75 staff). Exact pricing is confirmed after a diagnostic consultation — typically following your IT Audit. All pricing is flat monthly fees with no hidden extras.
InfonTech is a Sydney-based firm and primarily serves businesses across the Sydney metro area. We prefer face-to-face engagement — especially for the initial audit — because it produces better results and better accountability. Our primary focus is construction and civil engineering companies, engineering and project management firms, and professional services businesses (legal, accounting, advisory). We also work well with any growing SMB that has outgrown their current IT setup and has never had a proper IT review. The common thread is businesses with 5–75 staff where IT matters but there is no dedicated IT person.
No. InfonTech Solutions is a sole trader operating below the GST threshold. All published prices (including the $3,500 IT Audit) are exclusive of GST — meaning the price you see is the price you pay, with no GST added on top. This is transparently disclosed on all pricing.
The IT Audit is delivered within 14 business days of engagement commencement. The initial information gathering typically involves a site visit and access to your key systems (with your permission). The written report and debrief call are scheduled to fit your availability within the 14-day window.
After the audit, you receive a priority action roadmap with clear recommendations ranked by urgency and impact. From there, you can choose to: (1) act on the findings independently, (2) engage InfonTech to remediate specific findings on a project basis, or (3) move to a Managed IT Support package for ongoing support. There is no lock-in or obligation after the audit.
